CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing
  • Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

After Shipping:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may return the item as per our return policy

2. Return Policy

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Eligible for Return:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
  • Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Undergarments and intimate wear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship items back in original packaging
  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

4. Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • Refund initiated within 2-3 business days of receiving returned item
  • Amount credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price (shipping was free)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded (borne by customer)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available for size/color variants only
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Exchange shipping charges apply
  • One exchange per item only

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the defect
  • Free replacement or full refund including shipping charges
  • Return shipping arranged and paid by us

7. Wrong Item Delivered

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping arranged by us

8. Refund for Payment Failures

  • Automatic refund within 5-7 business days
  • For COD orders, no payment failure refunds applicable
  • Contact us if refund is delayed beyond this period

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or shipping carrier delays.
